Wilke, Fleury, Hoffelt, Gould & Birney, LLP is committed to representation of its clients in all phases of litigation, including appeals and writs. To this end, our firm’s appellate practitioners have successfully briefed and argued before California and federal courts of appeal on behalf of both parties and amici curiae. Our attorneys are committed to producing written work product consistent with the highest standards of practice, and this commitment is no more evident than in the appellate arena.

In addition to representing the interests of existing clients on appeals and writs, Wilke, Fleury, Hoffelt, Gould & Birney, LLP’s appellate attorneys have been retained to specially represent individuals and entities at the appellate level. The firm’s attorneys use the utmost discretion in such matters, taking care to maintain the trust of those attorneys who see fit to associate our firm’s appellate practitioners into a case. In this regard, our firm will, if so requested, enter into agreements with a client’s regular counsel to ensure that upon completion of the appeal or writ proceedings, our firm will do no other work for that client for a fixed period of time.
