Mr. Cinq-Mars joined Wilke, Fleury, Hoffelt, Gould & Birney, LLP as an associate in September 2008. He received his B.A. in Criminology, Law and Society from the University of California, Irvine in 2000. Subsequently, Mr. Cinq-Mars was commissioned as an officer in the United States Air Force. He served on active duty from 2000 until 2005 when he separated as a Captain. He was a Space and Missiles Launch Officer and a Satellite System Program Manager during his time of service. While on active duty Mr. Cinq-Mars also obtained his Masters of Science in Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from Central Michigan University via extension.
From 2005 to 2008, Mr. Cinq-Mars attended the University of California, Davis School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2008. While in Law School Mr. Cinq-Mars served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Juvenile Law and Policy as well as his Class Representative on the Law Students Association. He graduated with a Certification in Public Service for his service to indigent victims of domestic violence at the UC Davis Family Protection Clinic in Woodland.

Mr. Cinq-Mars is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California and the United States District Court of the Eastern, Central and Southern Districts of California.
