Mr. Eaton joined Wilke, Fleury, Hoffelt, Gould & Birney, LLP, as an Associate in August, 2005. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health with a concentration in healthcare administration from Indiana University, Bloomington in 1997. He then obtained his Juris Doctorate with Distinction and completed the Trial Advocacy Certificate Program at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2005.

Areas of Current Emphasis

Mr. Eaton is a litigation attorney, advising small businesses, corporations, mortgage banks and health plans in myriad legal matters including contract disputes, intellectual property, employment law and tort liability. Mr. Eaton is a member of the health care practice litigation team representing health plans in disputes with both providers and governmental agencies. Finally, Mr. Eaton assists businesses both new and old procure and protect their copyright and trademark rights.
