William A. Gould, Jr. has been with the firm since 1964. His practice emphasizes health care law, litigation and administrative law.
Mr. Gould attended UC's Hastings College of the Law, where he received his J.D. in 1963. He graduated from the University of California , Berkeley in 1959 with a degree in Political Science. Mr. Gould served six years in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve from 1959 through 1965.

Mr. Gould has been involved in a variety of cases at the trial and appellate level before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and arbitrators. He also serves as an arbitrator for the Superior Court in Sacramento County and as a mediator for the U.S. District Court in Sacramento.
