WILKE FLEURY is seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist. This full-time, at-will, exempt position reports directly to the firm’s Executive Director and supervises other administrative support staff who may assist with preparation and coordination of events and administrative tasks.

The Marketing Specialist at Wilke Fleury is accurate, organized, able to multi-task, and has excellent attention to detail. Candidate must have superior technology and social media skills, a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm, as well as excellent English, spelling, grammar and punctuation. A Bachelor’s or equivalent four-year degree is required, as is professional experience in a law firm or other sophisticated business environment. Must have a valid California Driver’s license.

DUTIES INCLUDE: Strategic coordination of Marketing and Business Development initiatives in line with the firm’s strategic plan, including: working one-on-one with attorneys to develop, implement, update and execute individual business development plans; planning and implementation of internal and external events, design and implementation of website updates, distribution and coordination of marketing-related newsletters and materials, development and design of PowerPoint and print materials, marketing collateral, and forms. Coordinating Marketing Committee meetings and interacting with outside Marketing Vendors to facilitate marketing initiatives. Working with the Marketing Committee and Executive Director to prepare and track annual Marketing/Business Development Budgets. Generating professional printed and electronic communications using Microsoft Word and Outlook, including correspondence, memoranda, contacts, and other documents and papers upon the request of other legal professionals.

REQUIREMENTS ALSO INCLUDE: Must be capable of learning and utilizing software programs as required by the Firm or attorney including but not limited to: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint, iManage (DMS), Adobe Acrobat Pro (.pdfs), Compulaw (Calendaring), CCC MacroPro (Macros), Intellipad (CRM), Juris (Time & Billing System), Internet (for research), and Judicial Council Forms. Filing correspondence and legal documents in the firm’s paper files and in iManage, the firms electronic Document Management System (“DMS”) office filing system (paper and electronic), and preparing indices as required.
