WILKE FLEURY WELCOMES MICHAEL J. DAPONDE

Mr. Daponde has joined Wilke Fleury in an of counsel position. Mr. Daponde handles a wide range of commercial lawsuits and represents health plans in disputes concerning government contracts and government programs. He obtained his JD from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1999, where he was elected to the Order of Coif and was a staff writer on the McGeorge Law Review. He obtained his BS from Syracuse University in 1989. Following law school, Mr. Daponde spent 10 years at the law firm of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, LLP and taught legal writing as an adjunct professor at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Mr. Daponde is a former United States Army Reservist and currently serves on the Board of the East Sacramento Little League.
