Kelli Kennaday Named Managing Partner

Kelli Kennaday has been named the Firm’s Managing Partner. Ms. Kennaday, who has been with the Firm since 1991, takes over the position from Michael Polis. Ms. Kennaday received her law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law and her undergraduate degrees in biochemistry and sociology from the University of California, San Diego.

Ms. Kennaday chairs the Labor & Employment Practice of the Firm. Ms. Kennaday represents employers and management-level employees in discrimination, harassment, retaliation and other employment-related disputes, as well as ADA, FMLA and wage and hours claims. Ms. Kennaday also advises employers on best practices relating to hiring, discipline, termination, employee handbooks, contracts and training. Ms. Kennaday publishes a quarterly newsletter for clients on recent developments in California and federal employment law and is a frequent lecturer on employment law topics for professional and trade associations, bar associations and CLE providers.
