Melissa is a certified paralegal whose legal career began in 2005 at a mid-sized firm in Roseville, CA. Prior to joining Wilke Fleury, Melissa joined the real estate and litigation team supporting attorneys George Guthrie and Danny Foster at another firm, then Melissa accompanied George and Danny when they came to Wilke Fleury in 2013. Melissa is an essential member of the firm’s Real Estate and Litigation teams.
Melissa works primarily in litigation centered around Construction, Real Estate and Insurance Coverage law. Melissa assists in all aspects of the litigation lifecycle from inception through appeal. Melissa frequently assists in contract drafting, including construction contracts and property management agreements. She performs legal research and analysis for large issues and drafts legal documents including, pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs and subpoenas. Melissa is also involved in all aspects of trial.
