With an emphasis in employment law, Samson enjoys helping his clients understand the risks that they may face, minimizing those risks, and thereby enabling them to pursue their goals safely. He knows that his clients often face complex issues with fast turn-around required on their legal questions, and he meets those expectations while also explaining the nuanced approaches that clients may use to their advantage. Samson represents employers, management, and colleges. He enjoys the relationship-building that often accompanies employment and higher education representations, getting to know a client’s company and industry or campus thoroughly.
