I am constantly amazed at how undervalued experience is in the modern world. In complex litigation, however, you only have one chance to get it right. There are no do-overs and the clients know it. - Thomas G. Redmon
Thomas G. Redmon is a veteran 40-year litigator who has been with Wilke Fleury nearly his entire career. Thomas specializes in complex business litigation, arbitration and mediation. He successfully represented the prescription pharmaceutical industry in litigation to prevent the State of California from seeking multi-million dollar rebates for prescription drugs dispensed to Medi-Cal beneficiaries. He has also represented Big Four accounting firms in actions brought by both public and private entities in both Sacramento and other California courts. Most recently, he has carved out a specialty in representing trustees and beneficiaries in trust and probate litigation.
In addition to other roles, Thomas worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Philip C. Wilkins, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of California. In 2001, Thomas took a one-year respite from private practice to serve as general counsel to a publicly held technology company, where his practice emphasized securities, intellectual property and employment law.
