WILKE FLEURY LLP has an exciting opportunity for an energetic and engaged associate attorney to join the firm’s Healthcare Transactional Team. Wilke Fleury’s Healthcare attorneys serve clients across the industry and deliver legal solutions on the issues that arise in the closely regulated health care sector. For example, Wilke Fleury Healthcare attorneys help clients with entity formation, payor negotiations, and operational issues. Wilke Fleury Healthcare attorneys also navigate compliance with state and federal statutes and regulations, including health insurance regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of Knox-Keene licensed healthcare entities and the regulations that govern them. Knowledge of health plans, HMOs, health insurance companies, and healthcare entity regulations is strongly desired. The ideal candidate will be eager to take on growing levels of responsibility.

Salaries for associate attorneys are based on years of experience. The salary range for the levels of experience referenced herein is $120,000 – $135,000. Wilke Fleury offers a generous benefits package for all full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and a bonus for those who meet their minimum hourly billing requirement.
