WILKE FLEURY LLP has an exciting opportunity for an energetic and engaged associate attorney to join the firm’s Healthcare Transactional Team. Wilke Fleury’s Healthcare attorneys serve clients across the industry and deliver legal solutions on the issues that arise in the closely regulated health care sector. For example, Wilke Fleury Healthcare attorneys help clients with entity formation, payor negotiations, and operational issues. Wilke Fleury Healthcare attorneys also navigate compliance with state and federal statutes and regulations, including health insurance regulations. Wilke Fleury seeks to achieve equity and inclusion in the workplace for all employees.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of Knox-Keene licensed healthcare entities and the regulations that govern them. Knowledge of health plans, HMOs, health insurance companies, and healthcare entity regulations is strongly desired. The ideal candidate will be motivated to assume increasing levels of responsibility.
