Mustafa Karim is a civil litigation attorney whose practice focuses on healthcare and professional liability defense, with additional experience in business litigation and property management matters. As a developing litigator, he supports a wide range of cases while continuing to build depth in medical malpractice and healthcare-related claims.
Mustafa assists with matters at all stages of litigation and works closely with colleagues across the firm’s practices. His experience includes medical malpractice defense, landlord/tenant and property management disputes, business and commercial litigation, and related employment issues, giving him a broad foundation as he continues to refine his practice.
Mustafa joined Wilke Fleury as a Summer Law Clerk in 2021 and continued with the firm throughout law school before becoming an associate. He earned his J.D. with Distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he completed a concentration in Trial Advocacy. While in law school, he served as a certified law student in the Elder and Health Law Clinic, representing underrepresented elderly clients in civil matters and gaining practical advocacy experience.
Active in the legal and professional communities, Mustafa is involved with the Sacramento County Bar Association, the California Society for Healthcare Risk Management, Primerus Young Lawyers, and Metro EDGE, as well as various mentoring and speaking initiatives.
