About Adriana C. Cervantes

Adriana represents hospitals and healthcare professionals in litigation and before licensing agencies and boards. She has extensive experience defending clients in a wide array of civil matters including professional malpractice, invasion of health information/privacy, intentional torts, and similar charges. Prior to joining Wilke Fleury, Adriana worked as an associate for a litigation firm where she also practiced medical negligence defense. Before that, Adriana worked for The White House Domestic Policy Council in Washington, DC. Adriana enjoys volunteering for Operation Protect and Defend (“OPD”), a program of the Sacramento Federal Judicial Library and Learning Center Foundation. OPD’s mission is to engage high school seniors in a dialogue about the U.S. Constitution and the responsibility to participate in our democratic society.  Adriana also enjoys serving as a Co-Chair of Membership for the Milton L. Schwartz/David F. Levi American Inn of Court.
