About Gene E. Pendergast, Jr.

Gene E. Pendergast, Jr. has been practicing in the probate court in Sacramento County and surrounding counties for over 50 years. His practice focuses on estate planning and administration, and real estate matters.

He has handled numerous complex estate, trust, and conservatorship matters and disputes. In the real estate area, he has represented mortgage bankers, developers, landlords, tenants and property owners.

Gene received his law degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1964. His undergraduate degree is from the University of California at Davis, where he majored in political science. Gene has been in private practice since 1965, having become Of Counsel to Wilke Fleury in 2000.

Gene is admitted to practice before the following courts:

• All California state courts
• Eastern District and Ninth Circuit of the federal courts

• California State Bar, Business Law, Real Property, and Trust and Estates Sections: Member
