Neal C. Lutterman

Neal C. Lutterman joined Wilke Fleury in February 2015 in an Of Counsel capacity, and joined the Firm as Partner on January 1, 2018.  Neal’s practice focuses on the defense of physicians, healthcare systems, hospitals, medical groups and allied healthcare providers in professional and general liability matters.  Additionally, Neal regularly represents physicians and other healthcare clients in administrative proceedings relative to professional licensing and disciplinary matters.  Prior to joining Wilke Fleury, Neal was a Deputy City Attorney for the City of Stockton where he served as the Litigation Division Supervisor and was a member of the City’s Chapter 9 bankruptcy project management team. During his tenure with the City, Neal served as the primary advisory attorney to a number of key City departments, including the Police Department, Fire Department, Administrative Services Department (Finance, Budge, Accounting, Information Technology and Revenue Divisions), as well as Code Enforcement division.  Prior to his work with the Stockton City Attorney’s Office, Neal was a shareholder in the litigation firm of Riggio Mordaunt Kelly & Lutterman.  For nearly 15 years with that firm, Neal represented physicians, hospitals and other healthcare provider in professional liability and professional licensing matters.
