Wilke Fleury Partner Trevor Stapleton Quoted in “Fortress of Solvency” by Steven Yoder, Comstocks

“A special-needs trust is a family’s most important tool in making plans to pay for care. The government doesn’t count such a special-needs trust as part of their assets.” – Steven Yoder, Comstocks
